The four stage project, starting in 2021 saw upgrades to Barwon Heads Road between Settlement Road, Belmont and Reserve Road, Charlemont, to improve safety and traffic flow with the build of a new walking and cycling path, as well as major bridgeways over the railway line at Marshall.Scope Australia’s role in the major development focused on the management of import and export materials to the project site and the effective disposal and resume of waste materials.
