This state-of-the-art project will transform a 1.6-hectare waterfront site into a precinct that warmly welcomes both locals and visitors, representing a substantial step forward in the development of Geelong’s central business district and its offerings.
The precinct will feature the construction of a purpose-built convention and exhibition space, incorporating a 1000-seat venue, two large exhibition spaces, meeting rooms, conference facilities, and flexible event spaces. Additionally, it will house retail spaces for food and beverage offerings, a spacious public plaza set to become a highlight of the Geelong waterfront, and a 200-room Crowne Plaza hotel.
Scope Australia has been entrusted with the critical task of managing waste materials throughout the project’s inception. Our commitment extends beyond mere disposal, as we prioritise responsible reuse and adhere strictly to EPA regulations, utilising EPA-registered facilities for the safe and eco-conscious disposal of contaminants.
We’re proud to be involved in what is another significant project award in our immediate community and can’t wait to watch this space unfold.
