We are excited to announce that we now accept Sludge and Slurries, Drilling Mud, NDD ( Non-Destructive Digging ) Waste, Stormwater, Wash Waters, and other wet material disposal at our facility located at 138 Scotchmans Lead Road, Buninyong, just 15 minutes from Ballarat’s town centre. This monumental addition enables us to serve not only the Ballarat surroundings but also the broader Victorian region, with sustainable solutions tailored to multiple project specifications.
This is also one of many major recent expansions of our Ballarat site, achieved through meticulous planning to meet the needs of our rapidly growing client base. Our facility has been carefully prepared to ensure the highest standard of compliant disposal is met, designed for maximum adherence to safety and efficiency. Our newly registered and calibrated weigh bridge guarantees transparency for both Scope Australia’s clients, and our carriers’ clients, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements with every transaction, this fosters not only trust but also enhances the overall customer experience. With the capacity to manage a high volume of material at any given time, our facility can efficiently accommodate multiple trucks simultaneously. Our site has been set up for all-weather conditions which guarantees a streamlined disposal process with no downtime, featuring engineered high-volume water systems to facilitate the washout process.
As part of our resource and recovery efforts, we aim to recover as much material as possible from the waste we accept, with the sole intention of repurposing it into the market to support our commitment to a more circular economy.
